Position Overview: Motorcycle Designer
The Motorcycle Designer is a creative professional tasked with imagining and sculpting future product designs. Trained in industrial and vehicle design, they combine human factors with practical considerations to enhance the user experience.

  • Works with the design team to develop innovative, original concept art and designs for future motorcycles
  • Follows through with team members to ensure that designs are aligned with Damon Design Vision and technical standards
  • Develops selected concepts from sketch to clay model to a production standard
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design, Masters in Vehicle Design
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working in product/automotive design
  • Outstanding rapid visualization skills, including hand drawing and digital rendering
  • Confident, high impact presentation skills
  • Prior clay modelling skills; or
  • Familiarity with ALIAS or Catia surface modelling highly valued
  • A familiarity with manufacturing technology and processes
  • Experience riding/owning motorcycles highly valued
  • A background in fine arts highly valued
